Warranty & Faulty Items

If something isn’t working the way it should or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right, provide a replacement or if there is no possible resolution we will provide a refund.

This is a part of the Australian Consumer Law’s consumer guarantees, but it’s also about being good humans – we all ride and nothing is more frustrating than something not working the way it should. It’s pretty simple, we treat people the way we expect to be treated.

Note that crash damage (or cracking a rim from a rock strike) is not a manufacturing defect and is not a warranty claim. However, Nextie does have a crash replacement policy to provide a new rim at a discounted price. Refer to the Nextie warranty for details.

If you have an item which is faulty or doesn’t match your order, please contact us to discuss the issue.

Refunds

For made to order products such as Nextie rims and wheelsets, we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind. These are custom, made to order items which keeps the cost down by eliminating inventory holding costs.

 

Order Cancellations

Nextie rims or wheelsets which are made to order products can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

Please contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel an order within the specified time.
